The McGinnity Wedding
Cynthia and Jorge were essential in the planning and coordinating of our wedding day! We utilized both the consultation and coordination services that Hunny Co offers, and our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without them.
Through the consultation services, Jorge and Cynthia helped us with an array of planning tasks. They made us a customized wedding budget and helped us with our vendor research and contract comparison. The budget was fantastic and gave us a direction as we started the planning process. Later on, Cynthia helped me come up with the wedding day makeup look for the wedding party and also facilitated the wedding day hair makeup trial to ensure that my vision was captured. Cynthia also helped with D.I.Y. projects and helped us make our own pew bow decorations and beautiful bridesmaid bouquets from synthetic flowers. Hunny Co's consultation services gave us the confidence of having professionals that we could rely on to help us through specific issues, without us having to book a full time wedding planner, it was amazing!
On our wedding day, Cynthia and Jorge did a phenomenal job of making sure everything went exactly as planned. They created a detailed timeline and contact sheet for they day, confirmed all of our reservations with vendors, and were always extremely responsive. Everything was seamless, form getting ready in the morning, the ceremony, all the way through the end. After our wedding, they coordinated the boxing and clean up efforts and made sure that all of our decorations, belongings, and valuables made it into the appropriate cars and to the right people.

The Ciesielski Wedding
My husband and I had a traditional (big) Greek wedding in Buffalo, NY in December 2018. Cynthia and Jorge met with us before our wedding day to review our run of show and walk through all of the logistics that were involved for the day, asking lots of questions that we didn’t even think about that helped fill even the tiniest gaps in our schedule. They made sure they had every vendor name and number to contact the day before the wedding and confirmed all the final times and details to make sure everything ran like clockwork.
On the day of our wedding, they were right on time. Cynthia helped make sure all the bridesmaids were on schedule with their hair/makeup appointments so that I didn’t have to worry about anything. She even had an extra bra packed that saved the day when I realized I had forgotten to pack mine! We had 2 flower girls and a ring-bearer all under the age of 5, and they took to Cynthia instantly. She was the only one who could keep them engaged and happy throughout the day. They even insisted on dancing with her and bringing her little gifts throughout the reception, it was adorable!
At the ceremony and the reception, Jorge worked with both the church and the venue to make sure that our music setup went off without a hitch. He even came to the rehearsal the night before to practice all the cues to make sure he had everything right. His timing and volume control were absolutely perfect!
Cynthia and Jorge were in constant contact all day, and had these great earpieces to tag-team confirmations and coordinate with guests and the wedding party, even when they weren't at the same place. I was definitely a type-A bride, and it was SO reassuring to know that we had responsible people who understood the intricacies of wedding details working behind the scenes to go the extra mile and make the day perfect! Without Cynthia and Jorge I wouldn’t have been able to let go and fully enjoy myself on our wedding day. Their passion for what they do comes through in their work, and they treated our wedding as if it was their own.
We would VERY HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs perfect day-of wedding coordination!

My maid of honor reached out to Cynthia for some help with the planning of my bridal shower. Cynthia helped brainstorm different options for the color scheme, table layout, activities, food, and decorations! She provided my maid of honor with a ton of ideas and helped not only formulate a wonderful vision, but also helped make that vision a reality. With Cynthia's help, my maid of honor put together the most beautiful bridal shower and it was better than I could have ever imagined! Cynthia even came up with a way to make the most stunning balloon arch that served as the frame for all the family photos that were taken. Cynthia is a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend booking her to help you with your planning or coordinating needs!
My fiancé Chris and I, just recently got engaged. We knew we wanted an average sized wedding but were on a tight budget. We didn’t know where to begin, how to create, or what to include in a wedding budget. We were referred to The Hunny Coordinators and knew we wanted to book them right away. We booked two consultations; one for our customized budget, and one for venue research/comparison. They created a detailed wedding budget spreadsheet for us with a line item for everything we could possibly need, all within our budget. For the venue research process, Jorge and Cynthia took the time to review each inquiry we sent to wedding venues, the different venue packages, and also reached out to some that they thought would be a great fit for us. We are so grateful for them. Jorge and Cynthia made sure we had all the information we needed and did not hesitate to answer any of our questions. If you need help and guidance with your wedding, The Hunny Coordinators are the best there is!!

We were very fortunate to have Cynthia and Jorge take charge of our outdoor wedding and reception! They did a wonderful job scheduling beforehand and they watched over everything during the event. AMAZING! We can’t even begin to describe how integral the Hunny Coordinators were for our micro wedding. When we first started planning our 20 person wedding we thought we could handle the day by ourselves. But, we shortly realized that we didn’t want to be the host and hostess the day of our wedding – we wanted to be the bride and groom! We enjoyed our wedding so much because the Hunny Coordinators made the day stress-free. Cynthia and Jorge anticipated every single one of our needs. They thought of details before and during the event that never occurred to us. They were kind, non-intrusive, and made everyone feel at home. They truly care about their couples, and we never felt rushed or pressured in any way. Instead, they took the time to walk us through details ahead of time and guide us the day of. Little hiccups were so easily solved by them – oops, forgot something to pin the bride’s veil? Cynthia creatively solved it with a fancy earring in about five seconds. Aisle looking like it needs a little sprucing up? Jorge moved some things around and boom, perfection. We truly cannot say enough good things about this company. We owe our happy wedding and memories of that day in large part to them. We are incredibly grateful and happy to have used them, and highly recommend them to anyone, no matter the size of the wedding!!!!

Where do we even begin?! Working with The Hunny Coordinators for our micro wedding was the best decision we made when it came to out big day! Like so many couples during COVID, our wedding plans changed significantly and Cynthia + Jorge helped us pivot seamlessly. They contributed so many wonderful ideas and touches to make our day truly special. From planning to execution, they paid such close attention to the details and made us feel like we were the only couple in the world. When it came to the day of, the support they provided as instrumental in our day running smoothly so we could focus on our excitement and soaking up every ounce of love we were feeling. We cannot say enough about Cynthia and Jorge and everything they did to make our wedding a success! We started meeting with them about 6 weeks before our wedding. Throughout the process, they were warm, encouraging, and really listened to our ideas. They gave us great directions for things to be working on and thinking about leading up. Day-of, they were absolute rockstars. They managed the schedule perfectly, and dealt with so many details that we would never have even thought of! Having them as point-people took a lot of pressure off of us so we could enjoy the day we worked so hard to plan. We are so grateful for them and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for day-of help for their wedding.
